FounderA dynamic strategic leader whose expertise spans governmental, nonprofit, and private sectors, Carrie brings a wealth of experience in guiding organizations toward impactful, mission-driven growth. As the former president of the Junior League of the Great Lakes Bay Region, Carrie demonstrated her commitment to community development, honing her skills in volunteer management and organizational strategy. Her dedication to health and wellness initiatives continued as past Chair of the Dow Bay Area Family YMCA, where she championed programs to enhance her community and strategic strategies for growth.
As president of the Michigan State Council of Junior Leagues and Chair of the State Public Affairs Committee, Carrie leads statewide initiatives that advocate for policy reforms, particularly around women’s health and empowerment. In the private sector, she operates a successful multi-franchise company across Florida and Michigan, where she leverages her strategic insight to drive growth and operational excellence. With her broad experience across diverse industries, Carrie is a seasoned executive known for her innovative leadership and dedication to creating meaningful change in communities and organizations alike.
